miR-1294 upregulation inhibited proliferation and promoted apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells. (A) Overexpression of miR-1294 in MG63 and U2OS cells by transfection of miR-1294 mimic. (B) Cell proliferation was assessed using the CCK-8 assay. (C) Cell cycle distribution was analyzed by flow cytometry using propidium iodide (PI) staining.
