For fertility test, three Dnah17+/+, three Dnah17+/M, and five Dnah17M/M male mice (10 wk old) were each caged with two WT females (C57BL/6J; 10 wk old) for 90 d. For semen analysis, three 10-wk-old mice were examined for each genotype.
