The TUSC8 is significantly down-regulated in breast cancer tissues and predicts better prognosis of breast cancer patients. (A) The down-regulation of TUSC8 expression in breast cancer samples (n=1104) compared with adjacent normal breast tissues (n=113) in TCGA database. (B) The TUSC8 expression levels were significantly down-regulated in multiple breast cancer cell lines compared with normal breast cancer cell line MCF-10A.
