TUSC8 knock-down promotes tumorigenicity and tumor growth of breast cancer cells in vivo. (A, B) Stably knock-down of TUSC8 promoted breast cancer cell growth and increased tumor volume in MCF-7 cell line when subcutaneously injection into nude mice. (C) Knock-down of TUSC8 significantly increased the average tumor weight of breast tumors formed in the nude mice.
