TUSC8 knock-down promotes tumorigenicity and tumor growth of breast cancer cells in vivo. (A, B) Stably knock-down of TUSC8 promoted breast cancer cell growth and increased tumor volume in MCF-7 cell line when subcutaneously injection into nude mice. (C) Knock-down of TUSC8 significantly increased the average tumor weight of breast tumors formed in the nude mice. (D) The body weight of nude mice exhibited no significant difference between TUSC8 knock-down group and negative control group. (E) The IHC staining of EMT related markers in nude mice breast tumors of TUSC8 knock-down group and negative control group.
