CAR-T generation. Autologous CAR-Ts are generated by first collecting the patient's T-cells through leukapharesis. T-cells are then transduced with a virus that contains genetic information encoding the receptor of interest. CAR-Ts are then propagated in the lab until a sufficient quantity is generated, at which time they are reinfused back into the patient.
