Comparison of Enrichment Factor at 1% (EF_1%) obtained by USR with that obtained by ElectroShape 5D using full conformer models. Also plotted is the percentage ratio of the Enrichment Factor score of ElectroShape 5D compared to Ultrafast Shape Recognition (USR). Mean ratio = 253% ± 122%, max = 738%, min = 104%.
