Mutant read mappings of a representative case (#26) with double mutant ctDNA were shown. Sequence results were visualized by the Integrative Genomics Viewer and sorted at c.1607 (left) and c.1613 (right). The colored lines represented the mutations, i.e., L536H (c.1607 T > A) in green and D538G (c.1613A > G) in orange. These two mutations are exclusively located in different reads.
