(A) The effect of JHD on cell viability of Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) which isolated from H₂₂ hepatocellular carcinoma bearing mice was detected by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) method (n = 3). (B–E) MDSCs which isolated from H₂₂ hepatocellular carcinoma bearing mice were stimulated by JHD (250μg/ml, 500μg/ml) or oxaliplatin (1μg/ml) in vitro, and the percentage of apoptosis cells was detected by flow cytometry at 24h (n = 3).
