Dominant phylum is displayed above the heatmap in grey (Bacteroidetes dominated microbiome) and black (Firmicutes dominated microbiome). Bacterial order groups are displayed on the right side of the heatmap in blue (Bacteroidales), red (Clostridiales), orange (Selenomonadales), pink (Enterobacteriales), purple (Burkholderiales) and green (Bifidobacteriales). Sample KW16S_15 shown at the bottom of the figure was from the participant who was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease after stool collection. The only discerning feature in this participant was the highest abundance of Alistipes compared to in other participants
