Real-time RT-PCR validation of microarray results of selected genes. N2 worms were treated with 20 μM MeHg for 30 min and RNA was extracted immediately following treatment. Levels of ctl-3, sod-4, cebp-1, and acl-6 were measured by quantitative PCR and normalized to ama-1 as a housekeeping gene.
