Triglyceride content is increased after MeHg treatment. N2 and cebp-1 mutant worms were treated with 10 or 20 μM MeHg for 30 min. Whole worm extracts were used to measure total triglyceride levels 48 h after MeHg treatment using a spectrophotometric triglyceride quantification kit.
