(a) The measured frequency of laser-induced spherical, 1D rods and conic structures shown earlier in Figs. 4(d-f) and Fig. 3(c). (b) The average size of 1D rod structures as a function of laser fluence. The increase in spherical structure frequency as a function of laser fluence corresponds to a decrease in the rod size. This observation indicates that higher fluence lead to fragmentation of the formed rods.
