HQH promotes apoptosis of ALL cells by upregulating GRα and downregulating pERK. BAX and cleaved-caspase-3 were upregulated and Bcl-2 was downregulated in both Jurkat (A) and Nalm-6 (B) cells. Additionally, HQH increased apoptosis by upregulating GRα and downregulating pERK levels in Jurkat (C) and Nalm-6 (D) cells. The loading control was β-actin.
