Among 377 blood culture data collected in our study, a total of 184 cultures were processed by MALDI and 194 by VITEK. Cultures with valid Gram-Stain reporting (170 MALDI, 182 VITEK = total 352 cultures), Specimen Identification (180 MALDI, 193 VITEK = 373 cultures) and antibiotic susceptibility times (173 MALDI, 192 VITEK = 365) were respectively used for this analysis.
