The averaged functional correlation value of MDDs (rMDD) and HCs (rHC) are shown for each FC. As the patient group was always the positive class in the classifier, the sign of weight was positive when rMDD > rHC, and negative when rMDD < rHC. Contribution was calculated as (rMDD - rHC) × weight.
