Analysis of next generation sequencing results for known miRNAs. (A) Total 604 and 613 miRNA were found in control and infected sample. However, 101 and 110 known miRNAs were expressed only in control and infected sample respectively, 503 miRNAs were common between these two samples. (B) Micro RNA Family analysis of known miRNA. The miRNA expressed only in control and infected sample belong to 10 and 9 families respectively. The miRNAs, which were common between two samples, belong to 173 families.
