Data are represented as mean ± standard deviation, and total ketoprofen was calculated by addition of the two ketoprofen enantiomers. Est. unbound represents the percentage of the total plasma concentration that is estimated to be free or unbound from plasma proteins, assuming ketoprofen is normally 95% protein bound (36).
