The table shows above the diagonal the expected differences Δbl of the population means for a neutral standardized trait. The diagonal contains the average marker-based kinships fbb within breeds, and below the diagonal the marker-based kinships fbl between different breeds are shown. Only SNPs with minor allele frequency >0·01 were included. The standard deviation of kinships for different replicates was 0·005 at most.
