Participants Inclusion criteria: good general health, no prior dental experience involving anaesthesia in the last 2 years, need for restorative treatment or exodontia under LA
Exclusion criteria: physical or mental disabilities, report of poor behaviour during dental treatment
Estimated number of participants to be enrolled: 44
Elligible age range: 5 to 9 years old
Interventions Group 1: virtual reality glasses
Group 2 (control): distraction techniques. No glasses will be used
Outcomes
  • Perception of pain: using VAS scale
