Complex patterns of CSD: a) Propagation of a CSD wave in the form of semi-planar wavefronts, shown in red, originating and splitting from an original wave with 2.5 cm width of suppression, b) Propagation of a narrow CSD wavefront (5mm suppression width), shown in red, on a single gyrus on the left hemisphere, highlighted in blue. These are complex patterns of CSD propagation suggested in [29]–[31]. In this work, we define the “width of CSD suppression” as the width of CSD wave parallel to the direction of propagation (see the last image in (a)).
