Interventions |
1. Smoke 1.5 times the usual rate 2 days, quit one day, twice the usual level, quit for good (negative practice). Six 1 hour sessions over 3w
2. Instruction on self control strategies, all else the same
3. Combination of 1 and 2
4. Attention control ‐ group meeting without the specific components
5. Waiting list control |
Outcomes |
Follow up contacts: 1m, 3m, and 6m post cessation
Outcome: Abstinence at 6m
