Cryopreserved PHHs from 5 different donors were incubated with increasing concentrations of rifampicin. Following 24 hrs incubation, the changes in the mRNA levels of (A) CYP3A4 and (B) PXR were quantified via quantitative real-time PCR. The data are presented as mean ± SEM.
