MR LA is markedly enlarged at maximum (right) and minimum (left) volume with total LA EF of 18% and LVEF of >60%. (B) Three-dimensional images of color surface longitudinal curvature demonstrated the global decrease in curvature and marked dilatation in the patients with MR.
