There is extensive atrial myolysis demonstrated by large empty spaces and myofibrillar fragmentation. Patient #7 is a 52-year-old white male, with a LAMV of 112 ml and a LA EF of 25%. Patient #3 is a 60-year-old white male, with a LAMV of 88 ml and LA EF of 50%. Patient #19 is a 59-year-old black male, with a LAMV of 88 ml and a LA EF of 40%.
