LA Chymotryptic Activity
(A) LA chymotryptic activity is 6-fold higher compared with both RA and LV chymotryptic activity in MR hearts. In 11 MR LA biopsies, (B) chymotryptic activity correlates with transforming growth protein(TGF)-β1 protein and (C and D) both total LA EF and LA minimum volume.
