Morphological forms of Leishmania spp. during development in Lutzomyia spp. Morphological forms of Leishmania parasites in Lutzomyia migonei and Lutzomyia longipalpis were evaluated by light microscopy using oil-immersion objective on days 5 and 8 postinfection.
