Positive predictive value (PPV) of anticitrulinated peptide antibody (ACPA) testing in different at risk populations: hypothetical and reported predictive ability by incidence rates of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The PPV of ACPAs testing increases in populations at higher a priori risk for the disease.
