Effects of BZP on cell viability of PC12 cells induced by OGD/R.PC12 cells were exposed to 30 mmol/L Na2S2O4 with low-glucose DMEM for 2 h and then reoxygenation for 24 h, and also pretreated with BZP (5–40 μmol/L) and C8E4 (30 μmol/L) for 24 h respectively. Data were presented as mean ± standard deviation. A one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to determine if the differences between the groups were statistically significant. **P < 0.01 vs Control group; #P < 0.05, ##P < 0.01 vs Model group; ▲▲P < 0.01 vs C8E4 group.
