Inhibition of JAK2 kinase by NVP-BSK805 enhanced the radiosensitivity of esophageal cancer cells. Radiation survival curves are shown for KYSE-150 cells (A), KYSE-150R cells (A), KYSE-30 cells (B) and KYSE-180 cells (C) with or without NVP-BSK805 pretreatment 4 h before radiation. The dose enhancement ratio at 10% survival (DER₁₀) is indicated on the graphs. Significance was determined using analysis of variance with Tukey posttest; *P<0.05, **P<0.01.
