Synaptosomes from rat cortices were isolated 48 hours after TAT or ΨεRACK (0.2 mg/kg i.p.) treatment. Proteins were immunoprecipitated with (a) phospho-serine, (b) phospho-threonine, (c) phospho-tyrosine, and immunoblotted for GOT2 and OGC. Input-GOT2 acts as a loading control.
