Analysis of the relationships between m6A-related genes expression and OS in LUAD TCGA samples was performed using R studio. Patients with upregulation of METTL3, YTHDF1, and YTHDF2 were correlated with better OS rate and patients with overexpression of HNRNPA2B1 were associated with worse OS rate.
