Fisetin inhibits the cell cycle of PAK4-overexpressing OSCC cells.

Notes: (A) SCC9-PAK4-Lv and (B) SCC4-PAK4-Lv cells treated with fisetin were subjected to flow cytometry analysis. SCC9 and SCC4 cells were treated with 10 and 20 μM of fisetin, respectively, for 24 h. The percentages of cells in the G₀/G₁, S, and G₂/M phases are shown in the graphs.
