AZD4547 inhibits LPS-induced cell apoptosis and fibrosis in NRK-52E cells. NRK-52E cells were pretreated with 10 μM AZD4547 for 1 h, and then exposed to 0.5 μg/mL LPS for the indicated times. (A) Incubation with LPS for 15 min. p-FGFR1 levels was detected by immunoblots. (B) Incubation with LPS for 24 h. The cell viability of NRK-52E cells was detected by CCK8 assay [n= 3 per group].
