A) Cell viability was measured using CellTiter-Glo or XTT assays after treatment of cells with 100 nM or 10 μM of the indicated compounds. Cell lines tested were primary human dermal fibroblasts (NHDF), pigmented retinal epithelial cells (ARPE), kidney epithelial cells from African green monkey (VERO) and mouse fibroblasts (A31). B) Viability assays were conducted as in A with 10 μM of Retro2.1 or Brefeldin A. The graphed data are the average of three independent experiments.
