Table 2. Yellow perch annotation statistics.

Genome annotation metrics were taken from our own yellow perch genome annotation (current study) and from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) genome annotation [NCBI Perca flavescens Annotation Release 100 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/annotation_euk/Perca_flavescens/100/)]. Genome annotation gene completeness was assessed using BUSCO based on the Actinopterygii database.
