Numbers for female sex and creatinine > 1.5 mg/dL indicate numbers of patients, with percentages calculated for female sex. GCA = giant cell arteritis; TAK = Takayasu arteritis; PAN = polyarteritis nodosa; EGPA = eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Churg-Strauss). PGA = physician global assessment of disease activity (0–10 scale) during the active visit. All patients also had at least one visit during remission (PGA=0).
