Proteins significantly increased in either GF or conventional animals within each organ were analyzed for functional enrichments using DAVID. All proteins identified within the experiment were used as a background. Displayed are bar plots showing the −Log₁₀(adj. P-values) associated with selected functional groupings. Benjamini–Hochberg correction was applied to account for multiple hypothesis testing. The bars are plotted in red if they are associated with the proteins enriched among conventional mice and gray if they are associated with GF mice.
