Cryopreservation significantly (P < 0.001) reduced sperm total motility (TM) and progressive motility (PM) and increased sperm DFI in both wildtype (WT) C57BL/6N males (n = 24) and mutant (Mut) males (n = 24 representing 24 mouse strains). P < 0.0001 between pre-freezing and post-thaw in TM, PM and DFI in both WT and Mut strains.
