Adoptive transfer of hepatic CD8+ T cells from obesity/hyperlipidemia-induced nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) mice increases alpha-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) expression. LDLR−/−;GFP+/+ mice were placed on Western diet (WD) for 8 wks. Mice were euthanized and hepatic CD8+ T cells were isolated from livers.
