The patient was a 51-year-old man with HCC before TACE. The lesion of the right liver presents significant enhancement of heterogeneity in arterial phase, and decrease enhancement in venous phase, and shows as high DWI signals (A-C). The lesion shows low-signal-intensity in ADC and MD map, higher signal intensity compared with that of liver parenchyma in kurtosis map. The ADC, MD and MK values were 0.89×10-3mm2/s, 1.45×10-3mm2/s, 0.85, respectively (D-F).
