Efficient transduction of PNGC by rAAV secreted into the media. Primary mixed neuroglial cultures (PNGCs) were transduced at 3 DIV with rAAV2-EGFP vectors packaged in thirty different capsid serotypes (1 × 10¹⁰ vg/mL of PNC culture media).
