(D) and E) Intracellular and extracellular infectivity measured by luciferase assays (D) and limiting dilution assays (E) in naive cells inoculated with clarified cell lysates or supernatants derived from the HCV electroporated cell lines, respectively. TCID50, 50% tissue culture infectious dose.
