¹²⁵I-DCIBzL treatment resulted in PC growth delay and prolonged survival in a micrometastatic mouse model. Kaplan-Meier curves show freedom from detectable metastasis via BLI (A) and overall survival (B) in mice treated with increasing doses of ¹²⁵I-DCIBzL versus control (n=5/group). Treatment with 18.5 MBq and higher resulted in delay of metastasis growth and prolonged survival. P<0.0001 between control, 0.37, 1.85, and 3.7 MBq versus 18.5, 37, and 111 MBq of ¹²⁵I-DCIBzL via log-rank test.
