No kidney toxicity was noted 12 months after treatment with 125I-DCIBzL. Renal histopathology from untreated mice (A and C) and mice treated with 111 MBq of 125I-DCIBzL (B and D) showed renal tubule hypertrophy with occasional atypia that was modest and multifocal in the treated mice, which were within acceptable normal range for mice of this age and size.
