Antihypertensive agents (44%) were found to be the most prescribed drugs with potential drug–drug interaction followed by diuretics (18%), phosphate binders (11%), iron supplements (8%), analgesics (7%), antidiabetics (4%), antimicrobials (4%), and ESA- erythropoietin stimulating agents (3%)
