Figure 3

Knockdown or overexpression of the CPCM components changed the expression of CUL4A/4B. (A-D) The mRNA levels of c-Myc (A), Max (B), p300 (C), and CARM1 (D) in their corresponding knockdown and overexpression cells. The HT29 and HCT-116 cells were transfected with sic-Myc, pCDNA3-2×Flag-c-Myc, siMax, pCDNA3-2×Flag-Max, sip300, pCDNA3-2×Flag-p300, siCARM1, or pCDNA3-2×Flag-CARM1 to decrease or increase the expression of individual CPCM components. The expression of c-Myc, Max, p300, and CARM1 was determined by qRT-PCR analyses. **P < 0.01 and ***P < 0.001. (E and F) The mRNA levels of CUL4A/4B in the CPCM knockdown and overexpression cells. The CPCM knockdown (E) and overexpression (F) cells used in (A-D) were applied to determine the mRNA levels of CUL4A/4B by qRT-PCR analyses. **P < 0.01 and ***P < 0.001.
