(a) Axial CT image of the chest at the level of the inferior pulmonary veins which shows bronchiectasis in the middle lobe with partial collapse (thick arrow) and tree-in-bud nodularity of the posterior segment of the right lower lobe (thin arrow). (b) Axial CT image of the chest in another patient demonstrates bronchiectasis in the right lower lobe with associated nodularity.
