(C and D) Next, the cell membrane (CM), cell wall (CW), and cytosolic fractions of M. intracellulare 9141 (C) and M. abscessus 19977 (D) were separated by TLC and sprayed with CuSO₄ (to detect lipid species) or α-naphthol (to detect glycolipids), and TLC-separated total lipid fractions were sequentially incubated with LL-37 and immunoblotted with anti-LL-37 antibody.
