LI organoids are more resistant to ionizing radiation than SI organoids as live organoids can still be detected after 8Gy and 12Gy (white arrows), while SI organoids are dead, displaying only a debris cloud, at 8Gy (black arrows). (B) Dose survival curves of murine LI and SI organoids grown from isolated crypts irradiated 24h after plating. Organoids were counted 10 days post-irradiation.
