Background genera significantly different in the outlier. The proportion of operational taxonomic units (OTUs) contributing to this difference are reported. Background genera were determined using the LB + NLB group samples. Both sequencing runs were considered as separate samples. Summed OTUs for each genus had an RPM > 1 in both sequencing runs for >60% of samples. P values were determined using the Wilcoxon Mann-Whitney U test
